The bronze “Y” Filter (Strainer) is used in the suction pipe of the pressurizing pump (or also known as the jockey pump) and serves to prevent small fragments from being sucked into the pressurizing pump (jockey) and damaging its impellers.

Constructive description:
Bronze body, stainless steel filter, bronze cap, brass cap (dn 6mm to 20mm) or bronze (dn 25mm to 80mm)
Made with a bronze body and stainless steel filter with 95 holes per cm². Diameter of each hole in 0.5 mm.
In sizes DN 2½” (65mm) and DN 3″ (80mm), the filter is manufactured with 43 holes per cm². Diameter of each hole in 0.8 mm.

Main features:
Working Pressure (Without Strokes – water) of 300PSI (17.2BAR);
End with BSP or NPT standard threads;
Manufactured in nominal diameters from 1/4″ (6mm) to 3″ (80mm);
