This equipment is usually used for irrigation, spraying vinasse as the main fluid or even raw water, and most of them use reels (self-propelled) or pivots to disperse it.

Product features:

• A trailer with 2 axles and two 16″ wheels, the most robust in its category, we also have a pneumatic braking system and we emphasize that we only use new tires in our assemblies.
• High-capacity auxiliary winch for lifting, plus manually self-operated ratchet.
• Drainage system by means of a chamber, which can be supplied in the following materials: cast iron, stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316, depending on the characteristics of the fluid to be pumped.
• Auxiliary Environmental Safety Kit that provides the equipment with a reservoir for collecting leaks in the gasket bearing, and also provides a tray for containing fuel leaks.
• Semi-silenced cow ling for the diesel engine, providing extra protection for the operator, preventing accidents from contact with the engine’s rotating or hot parts, as well as providing greater protection against inclement weather and hostile environments.
• Internal and external high-performance LED lighting, providing low consumption and a longer service life for the system.
• Digital panel, which offers the operator an easy-to-operate interface, greater robustness for the application and also allows the storage of important data on the use of the equipment.
• Filling Parts & Accessories which offer various configurations, such as a single outlet with a bend with a K20 connection, which makes it possible to versatilize the loop in which the customer will mobilize their pipeline, or we can offer a Y with two double bends, guaranteeing the operation of two simultaneous pipelines. It is worth remembering that the parts can be produced in Cast Iron, Stainless Steel 304 or Stainless Steel 316.
• We can also reconfigure the equipment to be placed on a fixed base or redefine its working characteristics, for example a booster, in order to serve the vinasse dispersal pipeline to the distribution ponds.
